I think this experience is perfect for people who find themselves stressed out, anxious or lacking in their lives. I came to Ya Doma looking for a new experience and a way to reconnect with my "wild" self. Exploring the forest together, opening up to ourselves, each other and the forest was a wonderful experience. It's a great way to connect with the earth and yourself in a way that is non-judgmental and supportive. If you go with an open mind and an open heart, you will reap such a bounty of rewards. I left feeling both centered, reconnected and elated. I'm looking forward to bringing this practice home. Thank you Kim.

After being on three walks I learnt that there is many ways to experience nature.  Each time Kim focused on different aspects of the same element to challenge each of my senses and to expand my awareness of the forest and nature. I would recommend taking a “walk” with her to anyone who wants to gain a quieting to the soul and expand their awareness of the world around us.  The world that we so often take for granted.

I feel very fortunate to have taken part in another forest therapy session with Kim, who has the perfect manner and approach to help people feel safe, welcome and engaged. If you want to feel more connected with yourself and with nature, and have the opportunity to explore a beautiful location in a supportive and friendly environment, then I highly recommend a forest therapy walk with Kim!
